Art: Mother's Day - Non-fandom
Got some chalk pastels the other day, so I figured I'd give them a whirl to make a Mother's Day card for today.
This is my first attempt at anything with chalk pastels so it's not great. But since it's for my mum she'll have to say it's great.
Here it is after outlining the picture with black:
Here it is before I did that:
Not a huge amount of difference, but I think the outlined one works a bit better. I probably should have coloured the background, but I kept getting lots of dark smudges on the card, so I decided to just leave it alone.
