I've heard and seen good things about Krita, I think it's one of the best you can get for free and it's not that different from paid programs. I've also seen great art done with MediBang, but I haven't used either personally. I've never seen anything good done with GIMP, I thought it was developed more for photo editing?
The more you get familiar with a program the easier is to make good art no matter what is the program, so I think it's no use switching a lot if you feel fine with what you have.
I meant to ask, do you use the stabilizer? Your line looks a bit jittery...
